According to my understanding from the Bible;
If any man will follow Jesus he/she must be disciplined. God's Word tells us that all discipline is necessary for training toward righteousness. No one likes to be disciplined or to give discipline but when it is Godly discipline, it comes from a place of love.
Love is what drives parents to teach their kids the right way of living. Throughout the scripture, God the Father, teaches and leads us, his children, away from sin and toward righteousness through discipline.
In 2 Timothy 1:7 (New Living Translation): For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity but of power, love, and self-discipline.
What is the term discipline?
It's a moral training which includes positive aspect and negative action/aspect to correction. It has two aspects the position aspect of it leads to instruction while the negative aspect leads to correction.
It can also be defined as training to ensure proper behavior.
What is a discipline to an Athlete?
It's a rule that is to be followed that is in between a line or a prescribed order by the referee if you are after a crowd.
What is a discipline to a church Member?
To a church member, it can be defined as a regular basis training by the Holy Spirit, training that leads to an outcome. What does it take for your life to be considered as a disciplined life e.g be it a Deacon, Congregation, wife, and husband?
1. Corinthians 9 vs 24: For you to have a focus, in the program Thais morning, we can see ourselves that we need to have discipline. Apostle Paul said I have some things that I look after and said if I don't lay my Zeal on them I might lose it.

Psalm 13 vs 6: Determination is not as a will but your
Some people in the Bible that are discipline, Genesis 14-22-24. Abraham said in the passage that "I am waiting for God's Blessing that is the attribution of a disciplined man, he was not covetous but was contacted.
Jeremiah 35 vs 19: A trained child does not do something without, I think it through.
BENEFITS OF A DISCIPLINED LIFE
Discipline is key to power both physically or spiritually. It opens a doorway for greater things because such a person will be able to ensure all kinds of suffering.
